Overview
The Slaughter-to-Evisceration Rehanger is an automatic transfer and rehanging system designed to move poultry carcasses from the slaughter line to the evisceration line. After slaughter, the carcass must be transferred accurately and reliably to the next processing system; the rehanger performs this transition while maintaining continuous product flow.
The system is designed around controlled mechanical handling and precise positioning of the carcass onto the evisceration line shackles. AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components provide the hygienic construction and durability required for continuous poultry processing.
By automating the transfer between two processing lines, the Slaughter-to-Evisceration Rehanger reduces manual handling and improves line synchronization. It can be engineered according to the line speed, shackle configuration and layout of the slaughter and evisceration systems, providing an important link in a fully automated poultry processing line.
