Evisceration Waste Conveyor

The 30 cm Evisceration Waste Conveyor is a compact conveyor designed to collect and transfer poultry offal and processing waste directly from manual evisceration stations. With a 300 mm conveying width, the system is suitable for installation beneath or alongside discharge points where available space is limited.

The conveyor is manufactured from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components, providing the hygienic and corrosion-resistant construction required for wet poultry processing areas. Its motorized continuous movement transports waste away from the manual evisceration area and toward the designated collection or waste handling system.

The compact design helps keep the processing area organized while reducing the need for operators to manually remove waste. The conveyor can be integrated into different waste handling layouts and is suitable for continuous operation in Broiler, Layer and Breeder processing facilities.
