Overview

The Evisceration to Chilling Rehanger is an automatic poultry processing machine designed to transfer and rehang poultry carcasses from the evisceration line onto the chilling line. The machine provides a controlled transition between the evisceration and chilling sections, ensuring that carcasses are correctly positioned and securely transferred to the downstream processing line.

The rehanging process is synchronized with the continuous movement of the processing shackles, allowing stable and accurate carcass transfer while maintaining the required production flow. By automating this transition, the system reduces manual handling, improves line efficiency and helps maintain consistent product positioning before chilling.

The machine is manufactured from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel together with food-grade POM and PA66 components, providing hygienic construction, corrosion resistance and durability for demanding poultry processing environments. It is designed for continuous operation and can be integrated into automated poultry processing lines for Broiler, Layer and Breeder applications.
