Bird Washing Cabinet

The Bird Washing Cabinet is an enclosed automatic washing system designed to provide controlled cleaning of poultry carcasses within a dedicated washing zone. The cabinet arrangement helps contain water spray while providing effective coverage of the carcass surfaces as the product moves through the processing line.

The washing system can use multiple controlled spray points to deliver water to the required areas of the carcass. AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components provide hygienic, durable construction suitable for frequent washing and the demanding conditions of poultry processing.

The enclosed configuration helps keep the surrounding processing area cleaner and more organized by containing a significant portion of the spray and water. The Bird Washing Cabinet can be integrated into continuous processing lines and configured according to production capacity, water pressure and flow requirements.
