Bird Counter

The Bird Counter is an automatic in-line counting system designed to detect and count poultry as they pass through a defined point in the processing line. Accurate bird counting provides valuable production information for monitoring throughput, line performance and process control.

The system is designed for continuous operation and can be integrated with automated poultry processing lines. Its hygienic construction uses AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components where applicable, making it suitable for demanding processing environments and regular sanitation.

By replacing manual counting with automatic detection, the Bird Counter helps operators obtain more reliable production figures and reduces the possibility of counting errors. It can support production monitoring and provide useful information for managing line performance across Broiler, Layer and Breeder processing operations.
