Overview

The Automatic Inside & Outside Bird Washer is designed to provide thorough cleaning of both the internal and external surfaces of poultry carcasses after evisceration. Effective washing helps remove residual blood, tissue, particles and other processing material before the carcass enters the next stage of production.

The system uses controlled water spraying to reach the external surfaces and internal cavity of the carcass. Its construction from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components is designed for hygienic operation, frequent cleaning and long-term use in wet poultry processing environments.

The Automatic Inside & Outside Bird Washer provides consistent washing conditions and can be integrated directly into an automated processing line. Its enclosed and controlled washing arrangement helps improve hygiene, reduce manual cleaning requirements and prepare the carcass for chilling, grading or subsequent processing.
