Automatic Cropper

The Automatic Cropper is designed to remove the crop from poultry carcasses during the evisceration process. Crop removal is an important operation in preparing the carcass for subsequent evisceration and cleaning, and automatic processing helps provide consistent results throughout continuous production.

The machine is constructed from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel with food-grade POM and PA66 components. Its controlled crop-removal mechanism is designed to work with the carcass position and processing line movement, reducing manual intervention while maintaining repeatable operation.

The Automatic Cropper can be integrated with other evisceration machines such as the Vent Cutter, Automatic Opener, Automatic Eviscerator and Final Inspection system. Its hygienic construction and practical maintenance access make it suitable for demanding poultry processing facilities handling Broiler, Layer and Breeder production.
