Overview

The Air Waste Transfer Gun is designed for the pneumatic transfer of poultry evisceration waste, offal and other processing residues from manual or automatic collection points to a designated waste collection area. The system uses compressed air to move the collected material through a dedicated transfer pipeline, providing an efficient alternative to manual handling and conventional waste conveyors.

The waste is introduced into the collection chamber of the Air Waste Transfer Gun and is then transported through the pipeline by controlled compressed-air flow toward the central waste collection point. This configuration allows waste generated at different locations within the evisceration area to be transferred efficiently while keeping the processing floor cleaner and reducing direct operator handling.

The equipment is manufactured using AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel together with food-grade POM and PA66 components where applicable. The hygienic and corrosion-resistant construction is suitable for demanding poultry processing environments and frequent cleaning. The system can be configured according to the required transfer distance, pipeline layout, waste volume and available compressed-air capacity.
