Overview
The Air Chilling Room is designed for controlled cooling of poultry carcasses using forced circulation of chilled air. The system provides an alternative to direct water-based chilling and allows the cooling environment to be controlled through airflow, temperature and room configuration.
The room and associated equipment are constructed using hygienic materials, including AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components where applicable. Air distribution is designed to provide consistent exposure to chilled air across the product flow while maintaining suitable operating conditions throughout the room.
The Air Chilling Room can be engineered according to the required production capacity, carcass loading and process conditions. Its controlled environment supports consistent cooling, hygienic operation and efficient integration with downstream grading, weighing and packaging processes.
