Adjustable Plucker – 64 Disc

The Adjustable Plucker with 64 discs is a high-capacity automatic defeathering system designed for demanding poultry processing operations where extensive picking coverage and adjustment flexibility are required. Its 64-disc configuration provides a large picking arrangement, while independently adjustable picking rows allow the defeathering process to be fine-tuned according to bird condition and production requirements.

Manufactured from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel with food-grade POM and PA66 components, the machine is designed for continuous operation in demanding wet processing environments. The adjustable configuration allows the picking position to be optimized across different sections of the machine, supporting more controlled and repeatable feather removal.
