Adjustable Plucker – 48 Disc

The Adjustable Plucker with 48 discs is an automatic defeathering system developed for applications where greater control over the picking process is required. Unlike a fixed configuration, its picking rows can be adjusted independently, allowing the machine to be optimized for different bird conditions, carcass sizes and processing requirements.

The 48-disc configuration combines a compact picking arrangement with the flexibility of independent adjustment. This allows operators or maintenance personnel to fine-tune the picking position and working conditions to achieve more consistent feather removal. The machine is manufactured from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components for hygienic, durable operation.

The adjustable design provides greater flexibility when processing different poultry types or when production conditions change. The machine can be integrated into continuous defeathering lines and is suitable for Broiler, Layer and Breeder applications when correctly configured.
