Offal Collection System

The Vacuum Offal Collection System removes poultry viscera using vacuum suction and transfers it to a centralized collection point. A cyclone separator separates material from the conveying airflow before collection.

Overview

The Vacuum Offal Collection System is designed to collect and transport poultry viscera and processing waste from evisceration areas using controlled vacuum suction. The system combines vacuum conveying with cyclone separation and a dedicated collection tank, creating a centralized and organized method for handling offal.

During operation, waste material is drawn from the processing area through the vacuum line and transported toward the cyclone separator. The cyclone separates the solid material from the conveying airflow, allowing the collected waste to enter the dedicated collection tank while the air stream continues through the appropriate system path.

The equipment is constructed using AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components where applicable. By removing open waste movement from the processing floor, the system helps improve cleanliness, reduce manual handling and create a more controlled waste management process within modern poultry processing facilities.
