Packaging Conveyor

The Packaging Conveyor is a hygienic conveying system designed to transport poultry products smoothly and reliably between different stages of the packaging process. Stable product movement is essential for maintaining an organized packaging line and ensuring that products arrive at each workstation at a consistent rate.

The conveyor is manufactured from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel with food-grade POM and PA66 components, providing durability, hygiene and resistance to frequent cleaning. Its configuration can be adapted to the available space, conveyor width, product flow and required transfer direction.

The Packaging Conveyor can be integrated with packaging funnels, automatic clipping machines, grading systems and other downstream equipment. Its modular design allows packaging lines to be arranged efficiently while reducing unnecessary manual product movement and supporting continuous production.
