Compact Grader

The Compact Grader is an automatic weight-based grading system designed to classify poultry products into predefined weight ranges. Accurate grading helps organize products for downstream packaging, portioning and order preparation while reducing the need for manual sorting.

The compact design is intended for processing facilities where floor space is limited but accurate automatic grading is still required. The system is constructed using AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel and food-grade POM and PA66 components to provide hygienic and durable operation in poultry processing environments.

The Compact Grader can be configured according to the required product flow, weight ranges and number of grading positions. Its automatic operation supports consistent classification and helps improve packaging efficiency by directing products toward the appropriate downstream destination.
