Automatic Chilling line Bird Unloader

The Bird Unloader – Drip Line is designed to automatically transfer poultry carcasses onto the drip line after the required processing stage, providing controlled and consistent product placement for the following water-draining and handling operations. Accurate unloading helps maintain a stable carcass flow and ensures that birds enter the drip line in the correct position.

The system is constructed from AISI 304L low-carbon stainless steel together with food-grade POM and PA66 components, providing the hygienic, durable and corrosion-resistant characteristics required in poultry processing environments. Its automatic mechanical operation is designed to synchronize with continuous line movement and reduce manual handling.

The Bird Unloader – Drip Line can be integrated into automated poultry processing layouts and configured according to line speed, shackle arrangement and plant layout. It provides a reliable connection between processing and drip-line operations while supporting efficient product flow and hygienic production.
